I'm using this as a hobby table for cutting fused glass, with a butcher block top and a cutout with LED lights to help trace patterns. I've been using this desk for over a month now, and I must say it's been fantastic. It handles my triple monitor setup, paired with an Ikea Gerton wood top, with ease, and it's not too noisy. The dual motors mean weight capacity isn't an issue at all.
You get 3 programmable height presets (I use one for sitting and one for standing). The height range is from around 23 inches to over 38 inches. I've been using it on a carpeted floor, and it's very stable, though I haven't tested it on a hard surface yet. For cable management, I added an Ikea tray under the desk. Just make sure your cables are at least 6-10 feet long.
Overall, it's a very solid and reliable frame, perfect for anyone wanting to reuse an existing desk surface or create a custom one.
